Marketplace Terms

These terms govern designers who sell through the HouseofSoho marketplace and customers who purchase from them.
1. Designer eligibility
Only approved designers may publish marketplace products. Applications are reviewed and may be approved, rejected, or suspended.
2. Content ownership
Designers confirm that they own or have the necessary rights and permissions to use and sell the content they upload.
3. Commission & payouts
The platform applies a configurable commission to each sale. The remaining designer payout is calculated per the admin-configured percentage.
4. Product approval
Products require admin approval before appearing publicly. Statuses include Draft, Pending Review, Published, Rejected, Sold Out, and Suspended.
5. Orders & fulfillment
Production may be Available, Request Only, or Coming Soon. The platform does not promise manufacturing unless a fulfillment provider is configured.
